enjoy water parks like Wet n' Wild and Typhoon Lagoon.

living on Florida's eastern coast, co-ops frequently enjoy the
world famous, beautiful beaches of Cape Canaveral, Cocoa, New
Smyrna, and Daytona.

Sports
Co-ops
sometimes join KSC's organized sports, like flag football, softball
and volleyball. These leagues run at various times during the
year. The center also provides fitness and recreational facilities.

Eating
Out
From
steak to seafood, Italian to Mexican, there are many restaurants
located in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral and Titusville. Sometimes
co-ops have weekly gatherings at restaurants to enjoy the company
of fellow colleagues and relax after a hard day's work.

Springs
Florida's
many fresh water springs offer canoeing, snorkeling, and scuba
diving opportunities. Ichetucknee Springs, located in Gainesville,
offers a relaxing day floating down the cool clear water.

Hanging
Out
End
your workday by exercising at the KSC fitness center and then
perhaps some dinner or a little night event to unwind. Orlando,
Daytona, Melbourne, and Cocoa Beach offer some great nightlife
for the weekend.

Road
Trips
Co-ops,
college students at the core, never turn down a weekend trip
out of the area. The Florida Keys, Miami, Tampa, Orlando and
St. Augustine are popular destinations.

Cruises
Just
south of KSC, Port Canaveral offers co-ops several cruising
opportunities. Casino cruises are popular as well as the more
luxurious overnight Caribbean cruises
