Title: Artist concept of turnaround of Command/Service Module
Description:
Artist concept illustrating the free fly-around of the Command/Service
Module. The Command/Service Module makes a turnaround, and the Command
Module docks nose-to-nose with the Lunar Module. This phase of the mission
occurs following translunar injection. After the transposition and
docking, the S-IVB stage is jettisoned and the spacecraft continues in a
coasting maneuver toward the moon.
