Ellipse II-P-11, located in Oceanus Procellarum. The center coordinates for 
the ellipse are 3 degrees 30 minutes south longitude and 36 degrees 25 
minutes west latitude. It was the eleventh primary site photographed by
Lunar  Orbiter II. It is the southern most of the Set C Mission I sites.
