Astronaut Edwin E. Aldrin Jr., wearing an Extravehicular Mobility Unit 
(EMU), verifies fit of the Portable Life Support System (PLSS) strap length 
during lunar surface training at the Kennedy Space Center. Aldrin is the 
prime crew lunar module pilot of the Apollo 11 lunar landing mission. 
Aldrin's PLSS backpack is attached to a lunar weight simulator.
