Astronaut David R. Scott, mission commander, performs a task at the Lunar 
Roving Vehicle parked on the edge of Hadley Rille during the first Apollo
15  lunar surface extravehicular activity (EVA-1). This photograph was
taken by  Astronaut James B. Irwin, lunar module pilot, from the flank of
St. George  Crater. The view is looking north along the rille.
