These two men are flight directors for the joint U.S.-USSR Apollo Soyuz
Test  Project (ASTP) mission scheduled for July 1975. Cosmonaut Aleksey A. 
Yeliseyev (left) is the Soviet ASTP senior flight director; and M. P. Frank 
is the American ASTP senior flight director. They are seated beside a
Docking  Module training mock-up in bldg 35 at JSC. Cosmonaut Yeliseyev was
head of a  delegation of USSR flight controllers who were at JSC for two
weeks of ASTP  training.
