Gemini 4 astronauts, James A. McDivitt (right), command pilot, and Edward
H.  White II, (left), pilot, relax aboard a U.S. Navy helicopter on their
way to  the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Wasp after recovery from the Gemini 4
spacecraft.  They had been picked up out of the Atlantic Ocean following a
successful  splashdown (33532); White (left) and McDivitt listen to the
voice of  President Lyndon B. Johnson as he congratulated them by telephone
on the  successful mission. They are shown aboard the carrier U.S.S. Wasp
just after  their recovery (33533).
