  communications carrier assembly (CCA) with the help of Rockwell Space 
  Operations (RSO) technician Pam S. Peters (right) prior to donning his EMU 
  helmet.  These procedures are necessary for an extravehicular activity
  (EVA)  contingency exercise (underwater simulation) in JSC's Weightless
  Environment  Training Facility (WETF) Bldg 29.  Chang-Diaz stands on a
