  STS-35 Astronomy Laboratory 1 (ASTRO-1) payload is processed at Kennedy
  Space  Center (KSC) facility.  In the foreground, mounted on a two-axis
  pointing  system (TAPS) is the Broad Band X Ray Telescope (BBXRT).  Only
  one of the  three ultraviolet telescopes mounted on the instrument pointing
  system (IPS)  is visible - the Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope (UIT).  Above
  the UIT is a  star tracker (AST).  ASTRO-1 telescopes on unpressurized
  pallets (u-pallets)  will be inserted in Columbia's, Orbiter Vehicle (OV)
  102's, payload bay  (PLB).  The STS-35 payload is the first horizontal
  payload flown since late  1985.  View provided by KSC with alternate number
