The Gulf of Aqaba separates the Sinai peninsula from Saudi Arabia in this 
scene of the Middle East (29.0N, 34.5E) showing the geomorphology and
geology  of this region including portions of Egypt, Israel, Jordon and
Saudi Arabia. A small portion of the Gulf of Suez can be seen on the
opposite side of the  Sinai peninsula.
