  Hughes-Fulford positions  Mission Specialist (MS) James P. Bagian seated in
  a rotating chair in front  of Rack 4 and above the body restraint system
  (BRS).  Bagian wears an  accelerometer and electrodes to record head motion
  and horizontal and  vertical eye movements during the rotations.
