  STS-41 Discovery, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 103, crewmembers don launch and
  entry  suits (LESs) prior to emergency egress training in JSC's Mockup and 
  Integration Laboratory (MAIL) Bldg 9A crew compartment trainer (CCT).  Left 
  to right, in their thermal underwear, are Commander Richard N. Richards, 
  Pilot Robert D. Cabana, Mission Specialist (MS) Bruce E. Melnick, MS
  William  M. Shepherd, and MS Thomas D. Akers.  Training personnel assist
  crewmembers  with LES donning and oversee suit donning activity.  Richards
  is covering his  hair with a cap which will facilitate pulling the LES neck
  dam over his head.
