  STS-41 Pilot Robert D. Cabana, holding 16mm ARRIFLEX motion picture camera 
  and selecting a vantage point for filming, anchors his left foot on a
  galley  handle on the middeck of Discovery, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 103. 
  Cabana looks  over at the forward lockers and the Solid Surface Combustion
  Experiment  (SSCE) before filming.  On the left the open airlock hatch is
  visible with an  apple and a camera mounting bracket floating in front of
  it.  In the  background the interdeck access ladder and the side hatch are
  visible.
