Title: STS-46 Atlantis, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 104, lifts off from KSC LC Pad 39
  Description:
STS-46 Atlantis, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 104, lifts off from Kennedy Space
Center (KSC) Launch Complex (LC) Pad 39 at 9:56:47:976 am Eastern Daylight
Time (EDT). OV-104, atop the external tank (ET) and flanked by two solid
rocket boosters (SRBs), is nearly clear of the fixed service structure
(FSS) tower. OV-104's vertical tail appears to be touching the top of the
tower. Florida vegetation and a waterway, reflecting the solid rocket

  foreground.
