  STS-47 Endeavour, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 105, lifts off from Kennedy Space 
  Center (KSC) Launch Complex (LC) 39 pad at 10:23:00:0680 am (Eastern
  Daylight  Time (EDT)).  This profile view captures OV-105, its external
  tank (ET), and  right solid rocket booster (SRB), just after space shuttle
  main engine and  SRB firing and liftoff from the mobile launcher platform. 
  The diamond shock  effect is visible at the SSMEs.  As OV-105 rises above
  the LC pad beginning  its second trip into space, the fixed service
  structure (FSS) and retracted  rotating service structure (RSS) are seen in
  the background.  In the  foreground, mobile lighting fixtures (spotlights)
  are visible.
