  Description:
  Along the coast of Queensland, Australia (18.0S, 147.5E), timbered
  foothills  of the Great Dividing Range separate the semi-arid interior of
  Queensland  from the farmlands of the coastal plains.  Prominent cleared
  areas in the  forest indicate deforestation for farm and pasture lands. 
  Offshore, islands  and the Great Barrier Reef display sand banks along the
  southern sides of the  structures indicating a dominant southerly wind and
  current direction.
